Decision and budget allocation

Better measurement should change where the next dollar goes.

Measurement only matters when it changes a decision. When estimates are uncertain, budget should move in proportion to the evidence: scenario analysis, marginal performance and experimental learning, not a single reported ROAS.

Not sure which capability you need?

Most engagements start with an audit of what is already in place. It shows where the measurement breaks and which fix pays back first.
