Who is responsible
The website rhoulam.org is operated by RHOULAM.ORG. The legal entity, its registered address and the privacy contact are shown in the legal entity panel on this page. Details marked "to be confirmed" have not been published yet.
What is collected
- Enquiry forms. When you submit a form, the details you enter are stored: name, work email, company and website, and, if you choose to answer them, questions about your role, company, marketing channels, tools, measurement challenges, timeline and message.
- Acquisition context. With a submission, the site records how the visit started: campaign parameters (UTM), the referring website and the first page visited. Until you submit a form this stays in your browser.
- Preferences. A cookie stores your language choice and, once you make one, your cookie choice.
- Analytics and marketing tags. Only with your consent. See the cookie information page.
Why it is used
Form data is used to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a relevant first conversation and to manage any business relationship that follows. Enquiries are prioritized internally from the answers you give. This never produces an automated decision about you and never rejects an enquiry on its own.
Research
Submitting a form or becoming a client never means your data is used for research. Any future research use would require separate, explicit consent.
Who receives it
Data is stored in the website's own database. It may be passed to services that help manage enquiries on RHOULAM.ORG's behalf, such as an automation service, a CRM and an email provider. The list of these providers is to be confirmed and will be published here.
How long it is kept
Retention periods are configured in the site settings and applied by an automated retention job. The current settings are: form submissions are deleted after 12 months, enquiry records after 3 years without new contact, and acquisition context is removed after 13 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to the privacy contact shown on this page. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
International transfers
To be confirmed: the hosting location and any transfer of data outside your country, with the safeguards that apply.
Changes
This policy is updated when processing changes. The date of the last professional review is shown at the top of the page once it has taken place.
